Hardware-Tester.com is a static website. Pages are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. There is no application database behind this site.

Local processing

Hardware tests are designed to run in your browser. Microphone input, key presses, gamepad state, and similar data are meant to stay on your device. We do not upload microphone recordings or hardware information to a server.

What your browser may send anyway

When you visit any website, your browser typically sends a request that includes your IP address, browser type, and the page URL. Your hosting provider (for example Hostinger) may keep standard server logs. This site does not add extra analytics libraries in the current version.

Permissions

The Microphone Tester asks for microphone permission only after you start the test. You can deny permission. The tool will then be unable to measure live input. Camera access is not requested.
